At Service Scale Marketing, we aim to provide high-quality marketing services and clear expectations from the outset. Due to the nature of our services, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds may - and may not - be issued.

Services Provided

Service Scale Marketing provides professional marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, lead generation, website services, and online reputation management. These services involve time, labour, and strategic work that begins once onboarding has taken place.

Refund Eligibility

Because our services are custom and time-based, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • If payment is made in error (e.g. duplicate payment)

  • If services have not yet commenced and written cancellation is received in line with the terms of the agreement 

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances on our side

Any approved refund will be issued at our discretion and may be prorated based on work already completed.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, or consultation fees

  • Services that have already commenced or been delivered

  • Work completed prior to cancellation

  • Monthly retainers once the service period has begun

This includes, but is not limited to, strategy development, research, setup, optimisation, or implementation work.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice in accordance with the agreed contract or service terms.

  • Month-to-month services require at least 48 hour written notice

  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds are issued for unused time

Results Disclaimer

Marketing results can vary based on industry, competition, budget, and external factors. While we work diligently to deliver effective strategies, refunds are not issued based on performance expectations, rankings, or lead volume unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, you may contact us to discuss a resolution.
