Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Service Scale Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Service Scale Marketing provides professional marketing services, including but not limited to:

SEO and local search optimisation

Lead generation services
-
Website design and optimisation
-
Online reputation management
-
Marketing consulting and related services
The specific scope of services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
Onboarding & Commencement
Work begins once:

Payment has been received, and
-
Required onboarding information, access, or assets have been provided by the Client
Delays caused by missing information may affect timelines but do not pause billing unless agreed in writing.
Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed in advance and billed monthly, unless otherwise stated
-
Setup, onboarding, or consultation fees are payable upfront
-
Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
No Guaranteed Results
While we apply reasonable care and professional expertise, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

Search engine rankings
-
Lead volume
-
Revenue or conversion outcomes
Marketing performance depends on many external factors outside our control.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and timely information
-
Respond to requests where required
-
Ensure all content and materials supplied are lawful and owned or licensed by them
We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or delayed information.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:

All materials created remain the property of Service Scale Marketing until full payment is received

Upon payment, the Client is granted a licence to use deliverables for their business

We reserve the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
Cancellation & Termination

For contracts where the duration is a month or less, either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 48 hours written notice

For contracts of a duration longer than a month, termination notice will differ accordingly

Services continue until the end of the current billing period
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
-
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services during the previous billing period
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or negligence where prohibited by law.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms or tools. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third parties.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
